Altar ~ L-R:
Altar explanation & contents (under rock); offerings of flowers, water,
bread & honeycomb
(Fava beans were also offered by the Strega altar creator in back);
Wesir votive, reclining Yinepu, incense in scarab-holder, Hethert votive;
Book of the Blessed Dead (Akhu registry) with mummy pen;
earthen pot for Letters to the Dead with framed explanation on R.
A box of tissue was also provided—just in case.
Toni Harper of Natives and Nomads performs
a sword dance
accompanied by the drumming of two troupe members.
The following photos are
from "Return to the Goddess" performed at PPD in which dancers
enact a Goddess meaningful to them in dance. Organized by Sarah, Jewel of
the Nile, narrated by Senut. 
Patricia dances as Maia, Greek Goddess
of Spring.
Tawnya emerges from the seafoam (green
veils) as Venus.
She is also a local ATS (American Tribal Style) dance instructor.
Emma danced as the Hindu Goddess Kali-Ma
with Her garland of skulls
(shown here in the public/group dance at the end of the show).
Her performance was a fantastic fusion of Rave and bellydance styles!
